Creating images out of scrap and reused fabrics, trims, embroidery, buttons and beads. This art style lends itself well to landscapes however feel free to bring along any kind of inspiration image you desire. Upon completion this collage can be made into a wall hanging, a tote bag or a decorative cushion. Create by hand, machine or a combination of both. Please bring along a basic sewing kit of small scissors pins and needles. Byo machine and fabric shears if you have them. 

Rosalie studied Applied Fashion Design and Technology, which she combined with a Certificate in Screen Printing and Digital Design for Textile at TAFE. In 2013, she pursued further training at the National Institute of Dramatic Art, Australia (NIDA), completing a highly specialised Bachelor of Dramatic Art in Costume.

Combining her passion for textile crafts and her fine-arts training, Rosalie is engaged in exploring new methods of combining these mediums and how they may manifest in her story of self expression.
