Concession & Reduced Membership

Cost:

• Standard Membership (New or Renewal): $75 annually 
• With After-Hours Access: $115 annually
  
  To enter the studio independently (outside business hours or without staff assistance), a one-time $50 refundable deposit is required for a FOB key.
  After purchasing an After-Hours membership, you'll need to book a studio induction, where you'll be able to pay for and collect your key in person with a staff member.

• Access to main studio (incl. shared tools & donated supplies), dye lab, jewellery studio, and print room during office hours
• Opportunity to sell your work through our Central Craft retail store
• Weekly members’ craft group gatherings
• Members-only discounts on select workshops
• Discounted venue hire to exhibit or run your own workshop
• Subscription to our Central Craft Members Mailing List

Available to:

• Anyone experiencing financial or other barriers to participating in the arts
• Students
• Pensioners
• Seniors Card holders
• Government Concession Card holders
  

No proof required – this option operates on trust.
If you're able to pay the full membership fee, we encourage you to do so to help sustain our shared space.

Conditions:

• Must be +18 years 
• After-Hour Access Membership: to use this function, you must place a one-time deposit on a FOB-Key. 
• For Lost and broken FOB's - pleas notify the office. Members must then place another $50 deposit for a new FOB-Key. 
• Must complete a membership induction. 

  FOB keys will not be issued until induction is complete.

Studio Induction – Required from August 2025

To ensure the safety and sustainability of our shared studios, all members must complete a Studio Induction before using the studios independently. Bookings are essential.
