Workshop: Painting landscape with watercolours with Henry Smith

September 28 – October 12, 2025 | Sundays, 10:00am – 2:00pm (3 sessions)

Three (3) Sessions held from 10am - 2pm (4hrs):

  • Sunday 28th Sept
  • Sunday 5th Oct
  • Sunday 12th Oct

This 3-part workshop series will explore landscape painting techniques in watercolour, suitable for beginners and those with some experience. Participants will build skills in colour mixing, washes, and brushwork while creating expressive landscape compositions. Individual tuition will be provided throughout to support the success of each painting.

Watercolour is a vibrant, atmospheric medium, ideal for capturing the richness and flow of the natural landscape. Using examples from his own work, Henry will guide participants step-by-step through techniques used by contemporary and historical watercolourists.

Each session begins with demonstrations by Henry, followed by guided practice and one-on-one support. Missed sessions can be accommodated with an additional half-day, arranged with Henry.
