2025 AGM - Board Nominations & Other Key Documents

We are looking forward to the 2025 AGM Saturday the 12th of April 10:00AM-11:30AM. All members are invited to join the Management Committee and Staff for morning tea and annual business.

 

Nominations are due by 7pm Monday April 7th

    The Management Committee has 5-9 members. If vacancies exceed nominations, additional nominations can be made at the AGM. If nominations meet or exceed vacancies, an anonymous ballot will be held. 


  4. Proxy form (click link to download)
    If you can’t attend the AGM but want to vote, you may appoint an attending member as your proxy by completing this form. If board nominations go to ballot, we’ll share nominee details before the AGM. Each member can hold only one proxy.

Hard-Copy submission:

  1. Collect a printed copy from the library pinboard
  2. Fill out and leave in the tray underneath
